You may have to take your kids to school and pick them up from school. When you work from home keep an exclusive work place or room. Keep your family members away from it. When you are in your work place ask your family members not to disturb you by creeping in.

When you work from home you have your family members. They may disturb you but if you say a Strict no they wont. But a still better way is to incorporate them in your work routine and get help from them. You may train your elder children take the young ones to school and pick them up. You may get help from them during the kitchen hours and treating the visitors.
