Are You A Coach?

You’ve been in your company of choice now for a year and you’ve managed to build a decent down line that shows a consistent monthly volume.

Now what?

Your next step is to get inside their heads and find out what it is that they want to do with their business. What are their needs goals and aspirations and how do they plan on achieving them? If you don’t take the time to find out what path they want to be on then how can you help them?

The road to success in network marketing starts with the team you are building. We all know that the more we help others the more we succeed or in other words reap the rewards. You need to solve problems answer questions and show your team how to take action. It’s a call to greatness for them and for you.

One of the biggest reasons so many fail in this industry stems from the lack of up line support. It’s a fact. In a lot of cases up line support is nonexistent. This causes hurt feelings boredom with the product and drop outs. With this comes a disgruntled exdistributor and forces them to become nonbelievers.

If you want to see a larger down line then you need to aim at giving your team attention guidance training ideas and the tools that will assist them in growing as individuals and as entrepreneurs. A baby does not learn to walk without a helping hand nor does a teenager learn to be a good driver without the training and patience of a parent.

Our job as leaders is to find out what the new distributor is looking for what is it that they need to do to get to the place that they want to be. It’s all about coaching and mentoring; really no different than raising a child.

The next time you find yourself upset because you lost another distributor and before you blame them ask yourself if you did your job. Are you to blame for their exit because you didn’t take the time to find out how you could help them succeed?

Patience guidance coaching and mentoring is our motto. Teach others to help themselves and then teach them to teach others. It’s the circle of network marketing life. There isn’t any other way.

The creation of a strong and dedicated team starts with you. When a team member fails you fail too.
