Pity The Poor Network Marketer
Leper! Leper!!
When you think of friends or family that attempt to network market what comes to mind? Could there be a more lonely advocation than the network marketer? A loser that you hate to see coming toward you? The phone callers id that keeps you from picking up the phone? A poor soul so desperate for some type of success that they would stoop to foraging in an industry disdained by rational successful thinking folks?
Thats the way most of the world views the average network marketer. They feel pity a twinge of disgust a small stomach ache when approached and sometimes downright anger. Cant these folks find real work? Is there such a dearth of phone tethered cubicle cloistered cookie cutter jobs that such a person has to resort to home based opportunities that everyone knows never prosper in the end? Sucked into the vacuum of pyramid schemes these simple folks wander the earth with little hope.
Fortunately for network marketers such as myself and many many others thats all just distorted perception. Home based entrepreneurs are pioneers on levels that the average Joe cant comprehend. They see opportunity where others see loss. They see the end where others only see the end of their nose. Theyre dreamers of the highest kind. They charge into areas most folks fear and they and their children and their childrens children are rewarded handsomely for it.
They build teams and social networks. Working from home they create their own hours and have the comfort of working from home. They enjoy tax benefits created by the government that Hank is it Friday yet? will never bathe in. Mortgage payments utility bills car notes and fuel meals and entertainment are given special treatment by Uncle Sam. They can play with their children visit friends at will and take vacations without asking permission. They can even enjoy a sick day and still make money guilt free.
Yeah pity the poor successful network marketer. Vilified disdained pitied. But smiling all the way to the bank. With technological advances turbo charging and accelerating the industry in ways never even thought of more and more MLMs now enjoy never having to make cold calls or buy leads or hang/handout pamphlets and can generate leads that actually contact THEM. Its a different ball game now. Its called the 21st century and I welcome you to it.
